We are halfway through this project. Filming a pantomime for thousands of school children to watch this winter has been amazing. The Kensington Marriott Hotel had a huge refurbishment, so they asked me to film it to show potential guests and event organisers the new interior and facilities.
Another school! It was fantastic being able to create a film to show the community of Chichester what it really is like inside Central CE Academy. The true family feel of the school made this shoot an absolute pleasure.
The new Luminaire range from Q7 Paris is available! Being asked to produce this quick product teaser was an interesting one as the turnaround time was very quick. I produced this all in my home studio during lockdown – an ideal project to take on!
Difford’s Guide approached me to make a set of promotional videos for their expertly designed Easy Jigger. The shoot consisted of various different shooting techniques and lighting which was a great project to be part of. The Easy Jigger just looked awesome lit up in front of the Difford’s Guide custom made bar.
As the UK starts to start business rolling again it’s been great to get out again on some filming projects. I recently got out with Smokescreen Visuals helping them with aerial footage and lighting. It was such a relief to do some actual work!
I produced this video as part of a social media campaign to boost visits to their page and ultimately the restaurant. I have wanted to shoot a pizza video for a long time so I am really please with how it came out. It also gave me an opportunity to experiment with the probe lens which makes those toppings look enormous!
As per my last post, if I get to sample what I’m filming then so be it!
Another two weeks has passed in the UK lockdown. With no work, I keep honing my skills ready for when we reach some sort of normality. This video is a classic style ad where I have focussed on what lighting techniques work for a product. If shooting wine means I can drink it afterwards, then so be it.
